About Cut
This is the best cut grade assigned by GIA (to Round shapes only) producing the maximum sparkle in a diamond. An excellent (or AGS Ideal) cut diamond has optimal proportions as determined by GIA and thus reflects the maximum light producing the greatest brilliance and scintillation.
About Color
This grade of diamond is nearly colorless. A diamond with G-color has an extremely faint tint that is only noticeable to experienced grader when loose. They are less expensive than the colorless grades, but appear colorless when mounted.
About Clarity
The inclusions in this Slightly Included diamond can be visible at 10x power magnification. SI1 characteristics usually are not visible to the unaided eye face-up. SI1 grade diamonds are not as rare as VS and VVS grade diamonds, hence they are less expensive and offer a great value.
